The exhibition ‘Like You, Like Me’ brings artists Bernadette Mirabelli and Elise Judd together.

The name of the exhibition reflects themes they like to investigate and their relationship, as they are Aunt and niece.  Their work explores the notion that we as people are not that different from one another.  We may wear different clothes, come from different lands and yet still have similarities at our core.  They both have a large selection of portraiture in their body of work and use oil as their main medium.  Bernadette’s work shows her enthusiasm  and love for colour while Elise’s work displays her attention to detail.  This is the first time that numerous works from both artists can be viewed in the one place.
